What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching is a practice of helping individuals to reach their goals and make progress in their lives in order to obtain a greater sense of fulfillment.

As a certified confidence coach, it’s my job to help you get unstuck, help to recharge you back to your authentic self, and to propel you to be your best self so that you can live and work from a place of strength and peace. Whether you are operating in fear or struggling with giving life to limiting beliefs, as a confidence coach I can help you move forward.
I do this by helping you assess where you currently are and what values and beliefs are important to you, asking the right questions to stimulate your core, providing insight and encouragement, and assisting you in developing realistic plans for change. There is no one-size fits all plan. I will customize something that works for you.
As your coach I will support, challenge, and encourage you. I will work with you to uncover truths and opportunities for improvement. You will find our sessions to be educational, relatable, empowering, and faith-based. Where appropriate scriptures from The Bible are referenced and prayer is encouraged. There may be times when you will want to laugh; you may even cry but that is okay and very normal. Coaching is a powerful process that may bring those emotions out and ultimately help to drive the change that you are seeking.
My goal is to give you practical and effective tools to utilize during your transformation journey. Making lifestyle and mindset changes do take time so be patient with yourself and the process. I will continue to support you along the way.
