These in-depth coaching sessions are designed to ignite and re-energize your drive, fuel your ambitions, and train your brain to refute any negativity that may be holding you back. We'll explore some mindful techniques and training as well. You will also receive a course workbook that will be your guide through the sessions and a helpful resource to refer back to in the future. Includes 5 sessions at one hour each. * A deposit of $60 or full payment will be required to book this service. Payment plans are available.
